Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Aillom Connect ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

2. The Service

Aillom Connect is a gateway that lets AI agents and applications connect to third-party service APIs (Google, GitHub, Slack, Mercado Livre, and others) in a unified way, under authorization you grant for each integration.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity performed with them. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Third-party integrations

By connecting an integration, you authorize the Service to perform operations on that third-party service on your behalf, within the granted scopes. Your use of each third-party service remains governed by that provider’s terms. You may revoke access at any time, from the Service dashboard or directly with the provider.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for illegal or abusive activities, or activities that violate third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, security mechanisms, or restrictions of the connected APIs.
• Do not resell access to the Service without Aillom’s written authorization.

6. Plans and payment

Paid features are billed according to your plan. Prices and limits are described on the pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, and its software belong to Aillom. Your data and the content accessed through integrations remain yours (or their respective owners’).

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aillom is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or unavailability caused by connected third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
